Sharon

This is a good friend that I made when we lived in CA. Her husband and sons are in the military. She was here visiting her in-laws in St. Louis for a few days, so we made arrangements to get together. We had a great time catching up on the happenings in our lives, eating out, and going different places. These were taken at the Zoo.

Progress on campground

I thought some of you might be interested in what's being/been done on the campground.

They've taken out the little house by the present dining hall and dorm, to build a new dining hall!

Briscoe church

Briscoe has a beautiful new church, and our district fellowship meeting was held there Friday night. Zola and I had just got back from IHC around 6:00, so we were tired, but it was good to be there! I didn't take pictures of everything, but here's a few. They have a nursery and a pastors study and bathrooms upstairs, and a basement with a kitchen and Sunday school rooms and bathrooms downstairs.

The entry doors.

The vestibule.

The cross on the wall in the vestibule.

Sis. Anderson was able to make it, and it was so good to see her!

Photos from IHC

Taken through the walkway...and the rain.

I went to the parking garage to get batteries out of my vehicle, and took this picture.

Pulled the bus in from the garage. Penn View!!

Some shots taken as I was coming down the escalators. It was the first afternoon, so wasn't nearly as populated as later on.

The offical IHC musicians. R.B. Kuhn and Ben Colburn.

Paul Gray announcing the group of singers.

Nicole Cassidy at the piano.

The Glicks.

The Cassidy family.

Some friends of friends, taken at Denny's. This family, the Hires, Michael and Matthew Schaper, Ron and Kay McCormick, and Zola and I went to Denny's after service Tues. night, then the Knipmeyers and Zola and I went Wed. and Thurs. night after services.

Sarah Fry, speaking at the Women of Worth meeting.

The girls Sarah had to represent some women of the Bible. (Sorry it's fuzzy)

Taken at the Spagetti House, just a block and a half from the Convention Center.

A stained glass window.

Bro. Darrell Stetler displaying the flag honoring one of the policeman that was gunned down recently. He was one of ours.

Different shots of the auditorium.

The Stetler trio.

These next pictures were taken around our table..except I failed to get the (Wayne and Judy)Knipmeyers and Garnelle. We all ate lunch together Thurs. afternoon. It was really nice to visit with Doyle.

Ron and Kay McCormick, and Zola.

Zola pointed this man out to us, and how much he looked like August Luelf!!!

Chapel of the children.

A candid shot.
