Grenada vacation

I've been wanting to put our Grenada vacation pictures on here for some time, and did start working on them over a month ago. I set up another blog to look at them on, but it wasn't turning out like I wanted it too, so I gave it up, and just put them in an album on the side here. Just click on the top picture, to see the slideshow. Enjoy!!

Bro. Knipmeyer brought Bobby, Rachel and Ashlynn to look at Daniel's grave. They stopped and picked me up on their way by. Bro. Bobby is in revival at Bowling Green.

This picture is just a miscellaneous one I took Sunday afternoon while I was driving around. I thought it unusual to see a guy pushing a stroller, twins no less!

Breathtaking!

I spotted these just as I was taking the off ramp at Bowling Green, on my way to church last night. By the time I got stopped, and turned my camera on, they were already starting to move away from me. I never got an exact count, and I don't think you can see all of them in these pictures. I think there's a small rise that some are over....I'm guessing there were at least 10. What a sight to behold!

Beautiful cloud scenes

Happy Birthday, David!

PARTY!

This background is a little loud for me, but couldn't find what I wanted really, so just went with it.

Lance's birthday was Friday, but his party was on Saturday, at Incredible Pizza. Attendees were: Uncle Ronnie, Aunt Missy, cousins Brittany, Megan, Brandon and Bryan Filsinger; Brian, Wendy, Austin, Curtis and Phillip McCardie; Great Uncle David, Great Aunt Jo Knight, cousins Jason and Dacia Schwab; Great Grandma Baber; Uncle Arthur and Aunt Jessica Baber; Stanley and Zola Hunter; myself. I apologize for some of the pictures...they're fuzzy again.

Their food was wonderful, all you can eat pizza bar, pasta bar, salad bar, fruit, drinks, ice cream.

He loves balloons!

Good job, Lance!

He liked this ride.

This one he wasn't too crazy about. The plane made lots of noise with flashing lights and went up and down. He was ready to get off pretty quick. I put him on another ride, a little red car that drove around a track, and he liked it also, but I'd left my camera in the room, so I didn't get a picture of it. It was the first ride he went on.

The bouncy house. He loved this!

In line to ride the race cars. I took pictures on their camera for them, so didn't get any myself. They're supposed to give me copies, I'll post them later.

Asking for prayer!

I wanted to ask special prayer for a couple. The devil is fighting them hard, and we need to band in prayer for them. Some would know them, some wouldn't, but it dosen't matter what their names are, they are in desperate need, and God knows who they are. The husband especially is the one needing prayer, but of course in a family, everyone's involved. There's four children in the family. I would just ask that everyone reading this would offer a prayer for the husband and his family. He's had the victory in the past, but is very discouraged and depressed. They have not had work for months and can't find any. If this was your family, you would want others to help pray-this family is part of the family of God, and they really, really need our prayers.
Thank you!

Happy Irish Day!

I wanted to put an Irish song on here, and chose "O Danny Boy". I wanted it played with bagpipes but couldn't find one I liked. I tried to download one that wasn't too bad, but it's been processing for hours, so I don't think it's going to work. St. Patrick's day is almost over, so I guess I'll just wish that you had a good day anyway.

Happy Birthday, Arthur!

Many happy returns of the day of thy birth,
May sunshine and gladness be given,
May the dear Father prepare thee on earth,
For a beautiful birthday in Heaven.

Dear Son,
I can hardly believe the many years that's rolled around since you were born! So many memories that I cherish. Today, you are a husband and a father. A man that has a kind heart and that works hard to support his family. Words can never express the love I have for you, but may you always know, you are a son I treasure!
Always my love and prayers,
Mom

Be prepared for more of.........LANCE!

Lance spent a few hours with me Thursday. Here's (a lot of) our day in pictures.

He likes to get my cell phone out of my purse.

Ride'm cowboy! Look Mom, no hands!

He likes to get in Grandmas cabinet drawers. He got out my mirror, headscarf and the little brush I use on his hair. Here he is looking at himself.

He also got a clip out of the drawer and wanted me to put it on the dolly, then he wanted to show her herself in the mirror.

His little friend.

He started playing peek-a-boo with me when he was eating. He was so sleepy he was about to fall asleep. Can you see how tired he looks?

Playing with cars.

Our showroom floor.

The parking lot.

How about this model! Care to go for a spin?

Let's see what I can find here.

Oh, tools!! I am a happy boy!

This one looks like it needs some mechanic work!!!

Time to go outside. Here's our cousin Brian Ande bottle feeding a lamb. I hope it's milk he's got in that brown jug!

A beautiful day to be outside!

Enjoying the farm.

Don't look this time Mom! Grandma might get in trouble.

Back in the yard now.

Cleaning the leaves off he threw on.

Trying to climb this.

So I went and put him in a tree.

I got this little picnic table out I don't think he'd seen before. He had to get on top of it....

Then come out this side....

Then this side....we're getting there...

Yes, here we are.

Enjoying riding this toy.

Back inside again. He loves the telephone!

Hope you've enjoyed our day as much as we did! See you next time.
